Fake status update

After comparing delivery time on many online shop i bought a laptop from snapdeal. Because i wanted it urgently. It suppose to reach me by 24th of feb. Snapdeal has done their part very promptly. I have been tracking the consignment on the ecom express site. It reached bangalore before 24th and it was out for delivery on 24th morning. Ecom express office is just 3 km away from my house.

But till now i havent received the consignment. Everyday they are updating the status as "consignee not available".

While i am available in my home for the compete whole day since i am working from home and we are 4 members in the house. Yesterday (25th feb) i received a call from the delivery guy asking for the exact location. He was not able to even read the address properly.

I asked him by when he will reach here. Very rudely he gave an impression that when ever he like to come he will.


It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

I am also going through the worst experience with them.
I have escalated to highest possible level at Jabong and they are following them up.
As many of you said, they are adding fake records to show the updates.
Can anybody share the contact detail of Ecom Express Bangalore?
I think even contacting them also won't going to help,
Even I am facing the same issue. Snapdeal has shipped it on 24th itself from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. But the status in ecom shows the shipment is still in Ahmedabad. I was expecting the product on 27th. Infact while ordering I spoke with snapdeal customer care to make sure if it will reach me by 27th and they did say yes for it. So I had placed an order on 22nd. Snapdeal is worst and so is ecom. Flipkart and ebay are far more reliable. Waybill No.[protected]
I received the courier just in time after some repeated follow ups. Alls well that ends well.
I agree...FlipKart is also engaging them...they did it yesterday...
Let's see what Flipkart has to say to the complaint raised today...
Ecomexpress does not public local office numbers in their website
They have not processed the baggage for three days as per tracking information ...

I have ordered some items through snapdeal.. They are prompt.. But the person from Ecom express simply updated the status that office closed..I don't know what the hell is closed..my office opens 24/7..All other couriers are better than Ecom, ., A fake & third class service company.

Please be aware about this Ecom express... Request all of you guys to complaint on these Express..

These people do not even have the phone numbers updated on the website. Really disgusting to have such unreliable transporters.
I have ordered one item on 20/7/14 on SNAPDEAL...so for i am not received any message regarding my item...So, I searched Ecom express in matthekare bangalore..They given the negligence answer and they told that they received the item on 24th July Morning and they returned back to the RTO at evening by negligence of the Ecom express person...

Please Don't send any items through the Ecom Courier(especially Matthekare Branch, Bangalore)

I am facing delayed service problem from ecom express ... my delivery date is 30th sep 2014 date but still i didn't receive my consignment ... very poor consumer Support ... snap deal must change the courier service because of this they are loosing their customers
Even I'm facing the same issue. I was there at home for the entire day. They undelivered the package with status 'consignee not available'. This package has to come from snapdeal. Neither did I get a call from them, nor they even came to my house. I'm wondering how it was undelivered saying I am not available?
Really very very pathetic service in todays time.. Even i am facing the same problem. I was promised delivery of my product on 11th october but its now 15th october and i have no clue about my product. These guys dont have any numbers. I dont know to whom to contact and to whom to speak to. I believe the best way is to go to consumer court and drag these people into the legal syatem.
Its the responsibility of snap deal to ensure timely delivery of the product and not our headache to trace it repeatedly. Very very poor service snapdeal. I will never ever advise any one to ever buy any thing from snapdeal Rather i strongly discourage people to buy any thing from the site and get entangled in the fuss.
This ecom courier members didnt work properly.very bad services by ecom i did not get any call fron them and in status they wrote consignee was not available snapdeal dont send products by ecom services very bad experience with them

One of the worst eTailer and Courier service combination I found in the recent times.
I bought a Cam on 15th Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 29th Oct 2014.
Wonderful speed.
Ecom customer service no gets connected after atleast the tenth try.
Their website doesn't show the real status.
They don't commit realistically.

Snapdeal customer service replies "The product is already shipped from our end. The delay due to courier service is BEYOND OUR CONTROL"
What does that mean?
Aren't they paying to Ecom Express to deliver?
Is it some red-tap bureauracy system going around here?

I have vowed never again to buy from Snapdeal even if it means paying a bit extra to get from FlipKart or Amazon.
Service of Ecom express is worst than nothing.
I ordered mob on 13 Oct and it delivered on 23 Oct,
But that doesn't matter me .
The real seen is I got the wrong status by customer care(which is rarely connects) for my package .
I visited 2 ecom offices in Pune (as provided bye customer care) at least for twice each...u cant believe after all that they are saying your package is still in Dehli.
There customer executives are not professional, bad behaviour with customer.
I am not going to go for The Mobile Store again as they have poor service provider for courrier.
This is one of the worst courier I have seen. Snapdeal, shopclues & few more online portals are spoling their name only because of this courier. I ordered paint Zoom and since the product was not working, I returned it. They sent the replaced product and it is supposed to be delivered on 27th Oct 2014 and still not delivered till 30th Oct 2014. I tried calling them. Either they disconnect the call or not answering. I also complained to Snal deal on it and they assuered to resolve it and now it is more than 48 hrs. There is no response from Snaldeal either. Snap deal order no: [protected].
IF there is any minus rating, I would like to give it..WORST than WORST service .MOST THIRD CLASS service provider is this courier company.
My way bill no. IS.[protected]..Three day they updated (scheduled for next day delivery) and fourth day it was updated that consignee not agreed to accept return to origin.(WHILE THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME)
I will like to advice to online shopper's to please avoid to ship consignment through ecomexpress.
