Dear my pre-paid medlife medicine was sent by awb no [protected] your service, on 15/10/2019 saturday i was called by [protected] &[protected] & [protected] by this number in a period of 3 minutes. But i am attendding urgent meeting for 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, after that i am not contacted by your courier service till 8:05 pm.
At 8:05 pm i got sms of your order or7686usa-oo5a of awb no [protected] has been successfuly delivered, at that time i don't get my order. Your ecom-express office is just a 300 to 400 meters long from my address.
After that i went to courier office to collect personally. So please take precaution in case of orders which is already paid (Cash on delivery order no other person don't received.in last few year wrong use of ordered item is increased. I request you to please take care pre-paid order.

I ordered a product from flipkart from flipkart big billion sale and it says its was out for delivery on 6/10/19.
But later at 12.30 pm it shows location was inaccessible and it hasn't been delivered till now to me and neither any messages.
