Ecom Express — misbehavior of executive

Today i had a word with one of your customer support executive (Priyanka yadav). She misbehaved with me and did not give me any solution of my problem. I would request you to immediately correct the unethical way in which the people are behaving. I have already sent an email on [protected]@ecomexpress.in. I am hoping to get my queries answered.
