Ecom Express — misbehaviour of courier man & cancelled my return request | |||
I was purchased a product from club factory but due to some reason i submited a return request (Pickup request son[protected]. 3-4 days before your courier man called me and gave a no. That he will picked ur product but that no. Was wrong. It remains either always busy or switched off. Now, today i have received a call from yours courier man having no.[protected]. First he gave me another no. After saying that he will picked your parcel. I was contacted him but he refused it then i contacted again [protected], he said i will come after half an hour. After 1 hour he contact me, i said to him that i am reaching in 5min. But due to traffic i reached after 6-8 min, then he said i m waiting from long time, i will not received your parcel and now i m going. He misbehaved with me and cancelled my return request also. This is not the right way when i m waiting since 4-5days or whole day, he cannot wait 10minutes. He behaved very rudely. Plz take appropriate action against it. Was this information helpful? | |||
