Ecom Express — Misconduct towards customer

We are assigned to ECOM express for herbalife product delivery.
Delivery assistant called us multiple times in a day and repeatedly requested for OTP number and when questioned why he was asking multiple times for same OTP he threatened that "I will make sure that you never receive any future orders from herbalife" in telugu "neku malli herbalife lonuchi delivery ela ayidho nenu chusta".
