Ecom Express — most terrible experience with this courier company. | |||
Hi, guys i want to raised to banned this company. My order no is [protected]. I ordered from snapdeal the snapdeal shows me ordered delivered maybe[protected] to[protected]. But ordered arrived soon. The courier delivery boy called at 8oclock with his like boss attitude and he say that ordered has came. But in that time i was on holiday because of makarsankranti. So i requested to delivery boy to wait for 1 day more i will come. So he say okay with his boss attitude like he is boss of whole company. But 2nd next day i called courier company by following the multiple of task after entering my awb no the courier executive responded me that i will came at evening on 5 o'clock. So i wait but he never come and his call also not came. So i just checked my order status i found my order was locked by courier company. So i called snapdeal customer care executive. They told me we raised the request from us to delivered your order with next 24hours. So wait but within 24 hours no any response. So i called the ecom courier company by multiple of task. The executive said your courier is locked we are raising request to reschedule the delivery. You will get your package within 24 to 48 hours. But the today is 5 day i have call the ecom courier company.in this 5 days the same reply from all that we are raised to reschedule your order and within 24 to 48 hours your package will be delivered. The worst company see in entire life. Most terrible experience from this i stuck by this first of all idiot courier boy who pretend them self as boss. I know they called you before they leave the courier office. But courier boy showing he is at my home on 8 o'clock of morning so big liar. I request that banned this company.
