Ecom Express — no movement of product

I have ordered three items on 6th of december out of which one was shipped on 7th december (Awb [protected]) 8th (Awb [protected]) and 9th december (Awb [protected]) respectively. None of the items have moved and it will not move even after 3-4 days whereas once shipped it hardly takes 2 days to get delivered as the place from where they are going to be delivered is just 50kms away or 1 hour drive away. My order from myantra comes by ecomexpress courier.but delivery boy not contacting me and not coming for delivery. Only sms comes to my mobile that because of you not available we can not deliver your package.Such a poor service and lier.Very disappointing every time .
