[Resolved] Ecom Express — no response on consumer complaints | |||
Many times my parcels with Ecom Express Courier Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) don't attempt for delivery even a single time nor even they call. False updates are updated by them, on their website tracking like "Customer not accepting or Not Available or Delay deliver request". I've sent complaint to seniors of my dhar district, they denied and after that, they apologized for inconvenience. That's it. Also, There isn't any kind of consumer complaint grievance. In simple words, I find Ecom Express is not a good courier service. Was this information helpful? | |||
