Ecom Express — no response on return pickup request | |
I have requested for return pick up of a product (Tracking #[protected] on 04 feb 2020 but haven't got any call from this courier till now and whenever i called them they give false promises to pick the product in future dates. I have spoken with customer care executive more than 6 times and they keep saying the same standard note 'we will make another pickup attempt'. I just tried calling them today as well and they said 'system is not working, please call after sometime'- this shows the level of service that they provide to customer.
