Ecom Express — non-delivery of item | |||
Dear sir/madam, im writing from aizawl, mizoram to complain about the lack of professionality and pathetic work given by your courier express here, whenever i ordered something and it is being shipped by ecom express, i always have trouble receiving my packages sice ur courier and your delivery boys never made an attemtp to deliver it or contact us regarding the product. They never wven tried to contact us, instead they just send it back.. My suggestion is this, i[censored] can't deliver our items why take the responsibility of being the courier, if your courier company can't do delivery or contacting customers, give it to some other couriers who can... I hope and pray that all my parcels/product never gets shipped via ecom express... I will also from now on do my level best in contacting all customer care of every shopping site vice versa not to send any parcel product or important documents through ecom. For this awb[protected] i did not receive any call from your aizawl ecom staffs which i kind of disappointing and pathetic as well... I have to go pick it up myself after getting a call from myntra customer care... At this rate i assure you most people will be going to consumer court soon..
