[Resolved] Ecom Express — non functioning fault in mobile sim watch | |||||
We have received ur product, smart watch, today on20th sep 2018, by courier. But the product was already defected, the defect is, that the product is not functioning in any respect so plz inform us what we have to do. Either in exchanging or refunding. It required 2hr charging to get on and we do so as directed by the manual but it was unable to get on. What we only want is the refund and nothing else... Was this information helpful? | |||||
