[Resolved]  Ecom Express — not delivering ordered products

I have ordered 5 products from jabong, the updating tracking details can seen in ur site. Actually the problem is that your delivery service is very bad in my place. Unlucky i got the information that you are the parter with jabong and u r delivering my ordered products. I already have a bad experience with your service last week bcoz i have ordered 4 products from myntra and their delivery supporter are same ecom express. So i didn\'t got my products and got cancelled. The ecom service never called me or inform me about cancellation of my product. The tracking details showed me that the. Products are scanned at bangalore hub and cancel by customer, i am not aware about this matter and they never called me. So actually i am fed up with your service. My time wastage and more about trust about a company and their products. This is not affecting only on ur company but it\'s totally affecting a trust towards your parters mnytra, jabong. So please i[censored] have no proper access in our area then don\'t take orders. This is my second time. I will wait for my jabong product delivery. As a customer i am totally fed up. For reference my pincode 688534 aroor alappuzha dist in kerala not in cochin. I[censored] have no access in my area then why are selecting delivery service in our area and no contact provided for us to call and update your delivery status. Poor and worse service ever.

Today is my order delivery day but I didn't get my product..when I get my product?my payment mode is prepaid so m worried about my product..when I track my order it shows undelivered but today nobody call me for product delivery..
