Recently i have ordered a pepperfry product and they assigned Ecom Express (my bad) as the delivery partner. The shipment was expected to reach me by Jan 21.
On 21st the product reached the base location near to my address . Then started the real Trauma.
The Delivery boy called me and said that the product is bulky and they cant deliver it to my home . He further added, that if more than 30 couriers are there in my area then only then can home deliver my product.
I even talked to his Manager ( dont know how he can call himself a manager, he didnt event have common sense on how to talk to a customer), but i got the same response saying they cant take bring their vehicle for a single order and so on.
Since their office is located at a distance from my place, i cant go and pick it up.
Its 4th day the package is at their office and everyday they call and ask me to pick up the package and daily the tone gets harsher and harsher.
So i kindly request you to look into this and get a proper resolution for the same by handing over the courier at my Home.
