[Resolved] Ecom Express — not received awb number - [protected]

I have been trying to follow up with my shipment which i did not yet received. However as per the ecom tracking details, it says that it has been delivered..

I have raised several complaints and each time i had been recieving the same reply that it will be delivered in next 24 hrs. It has been more than a month but still there is not outcome.

Ecom experience has been extremely pathetic and no sense of responsibility is there among the staffs.
