Ecom Express — Order not delivered and no proper intimation | |
Dear sir, I ordered and item 1st July 2020, and the parcel has to come come to my location by 8th July 2020. When I called the customer care they are saying the product will not delivered. There is no intimation from them and now they are saying the product will not be delivered now. When I tracked that it's showing that shipment was rto locked.
