Ecom Express — order not delivered to me

I have ordered the product from amazon and it is not delivered and now it shows it is returnung to seller. More than one week i was waiting for the product since it was out for delivery. Once when the delivery boy contacted me i was not available and asked to deliver it in the evening or on the next day. I always get an online call from the delivery boy and it get disconnected when i try to attend the call and suddenly i get a message saying i was not available and whenever i tried to contact him the call never get connected since its an online number.
