[Resolved] Ecom Express — order/order was not delivered | |||||
Order number[protected] My order was not delivered but on the ecom delivery website it showed delivered i checked with the security of the school who are in charge of receiving deliveries on behalf of the students but nothing was registered as received for me. I have been calling the ecom customer service but they keep telling me tomorrow it will be delivered or it's under investigation since 28th of march. I want my order delivered or a refund for my order Was this information helpful? | |||||
