Ecom Express — Pathetic Delivery Service | |||
My package AWB is [protected]. Delivery guy contacted me over phone said that he is nearby. Without reaching me, asked for OTP. Since I refused to reveal OTP, He never showed up and changed status to unsuccessful. I raised complaint on the same issue twice, but no response received from Ecom Express. Pathetic service.
