Ecom Express — pick-up forcefully cancelled[protected] | |||
I had purchased a product from Amazon order id[protected], and after delivery I requested to return the item and Amazon has ordered Ecom Express to pickup the parcel. First AWB number was[protected] registered on 7th August, 2019. They attempted too many times but neither called nor picked up from home at last they cancelled the Pickup request. Then amazon created another pickup request AWB[protected] on 11th August, 2019 and the same thing occurred, they cancelled the pickup. Amazon created a last pickup for me on 15th August, AWB[protected]. They attempted 2 times but as they were not picking up, I told them that I shall hand over by going to their office. As i told, i handed over the parcel on 19th August directly to manager. But on same day they updated as pickup not complete. The next day that is today also they have updated pickup not complete. My return time is over in amazon and if this pick-up is cancelled, I won't be able to return it. They don't have any direct number of the office and i can not contact them. Such a irresponsibility of them is making my harassed. Please look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||
