Ecom Express — Pickup is not happening on time | |
From last one week my 10+ pickup is delayed all are having the same problem I.e. it’s getting updated with remark on tracking site like pickup failed due to shipment was not ready which is absolutely false as shipment is ready. We are not receiving call from any currier boy related to pickup and when I was connecting to customer care they are not able to provide any Issue number and each time getting the same response “wait for another 24-48hr your issue will be resolved”.
