[Resolved] Ecom Express — product delivery complaint | |||
Such a worse courier service i am seeing is ecom express. My courier has despatched on 1st april within kolkata and it is 6th onwards i am not getting it. They have such idiotic tracking status, they are not showing the updated one. Moreover when called their customer number ([protected]) for a complain the representative lady is showing such attitude and disconnected the call on my face. Such a waste of money and time.
