[Resolved] Ecom Express — product delivery delayed and blaming customer for this | |||
I ordered product from flipkart then i got estimated delivery date of 14th october 2018 after tracking my parcel, i came to know that my parcel has come at my city on 13th october then from 14th october delivery guy sending me messages that delivery will be attempted today but no one knock my door and after that they blame the customer for various reasons that delivery has attempted but couldn't find the address, no one was there to accept the delivery, customer refused to accept the delivery. These are all lies, if they hadn't found my address they would have called but no one did that means courier service is doing this deliberately. Till date i haven't got the parcel.
