Dear team, I have ordered a head phone through club factory app with ordered no : 15571056 on 01.10.2019.. Still now i didnt received my product. I kepp on calling both club factory cc and ecom cc. No response from their side and they are keeping my phone on hold and disconnected. They have told me that im not reachable through phone.
