Ecom Express — product delivery not attempted/ poor response by customer executive | |
I've ordered a product from shein india. It was supposed to delivered on aug 21 by their delivery partner ecom express. I couldn't receive the product as we were out of town. And from there onwards they neither contacted me nor delivery been attempted. Today aug 28 until now i didn't get my product whose payment is already done. Now coming to the customer care executive, i've been contacted them from past 3 days daily they always say, "your product will be delivered in next 24 hrs" but the parcel never got attempted. And they make silly excuse of weather, about rainfall, which didn't happened in recent days. Are they joking?? Don't these guys have any responsibility!!
