[Resolved] Ecom Express — product did not deliver | |||
I ordered a trouser from myntra (1/10/2019) and delivery was expected to 12/10/2019 but the item did not deliver to me yet. When i tracked order from ecom express site they mentioned that item undelivered due to heavy rain but it is not true there has been no rain for 10 days (Such a big fraud). When i made a complaint, they ask me to wait for 24 hours but no response. Whenever i called them, they just ask me to wait for 24 hours. It is almost 3 days but no delivery occurred. I just want to deliver my item within 2 days Was this information helpful? | |||
