[Resolved] Ecom Express — product not delivered by agent but shows delivered | |||
Product is with delivery boy but updated it as delivered. i was worried and wasted my time calling and mailing to related issue to customer care etc. At last got contact no. of delivery person from Ecom express customer care. when i have contacted him, i came to know that product is with him.how can he update it as delivered by keeping the product with him making customer tensed&worried. please see to that this wont repeat Was this information helpful? | |||
