Ecom Express — product not-delivered | |
I ordered a product in club factory and the courier agent is ecom express vadakara center. The tracking details shows that the product is out for delivery and now it is re - dispatched and they are showing that it is not delivered due to unavailability of customer. I don't even got a single call from them and i tried to reach that number several times but the call has not attended or answered. What is the problem? When i will get my product?
