Ecom Express — Product not delivered till now | |
I have ordered a product on ajio, I received a msg stating that the product is delivered on oct 31 but I have not received my product through ecomexpress.I have called ecomexpress customer care service on oct 31, they said after 48hrs problem will be resolved, I have contacted them for more than 10 times, each time they say 24hrs or 48 hrs, but till now I didn't get any response.I want my product or my refund.this is my worst experience with shopping online Was this information helpful? | |
