Ecom Express — Product returned without contact or informing

Hello,
I had a parcel coming from ecom express, and it had not shown much status updates and it's more that 18 days in transit. But now, after reaching the final delivery station it is shown as being returned, but no one has contacted me on the phone or mail or through any other means yet. If I was contacted, i would be happy to pick up from the delivery centre, if it was not possible to deliver to my exact address, but i was never contacted, not even a single missed call. So please help regarding this matter. I have attatched screenshots containing the awb for your reference.

Hello,
I understand the situation due to COVID19 and all those, bit you could have at least informed me over phone about the package being returned, as i could have asked someone nearby to collect it.
