Ecom Express — Product returned without contact or informing | |
Hello, I had a parcel coming from ecom express, and it had not shown much status updates and it's more that 18 days in transit. But now, after reaching the final delivery station it is shown as being returned, but no one has contacted me on the phone or mail or through any other means yet. If I was contacted, i would be happy to pick up from the delivery centre, if it was not possible to deliver to my exact address, but i was never contacted, not even a single missed call.
