[Resolved] Ecom Express — regarding false messages for not delivering the ordered item | |||
Dear.. It is so many times it happened to me i ordered but it don't reach to me and they give me message that u refused the item thats why we are not delivering u.. Latest fraud is this my awb no[protected]. It did not give me and send me that it is undelivered due to refused.. Secondly it did not pick up my parcel which is pending for return for a long.. Due to this worst service your customers satisfaction rating is 31%. And it will come down and down i[censored]t approch dont change. My personal feeling Was this information helpful? | |||

The item was shipped by Amazon. The local agent did not deliver perhaps due to the distance of the delivery address (Pin code 754214) from the courier office being more. This was done in the pretext of "wrong address".
