Ecom Express — regarding the delivery service | |||||
I have ordered a product on flipkart (Shipment no.[protected] that is to be delivered by ecom courier service. At the time of delivery, at first the delivery boy is not coming to my house to deliver the shipment and ask to come there place to recieve the shipment then after that delivery boy is denying to deliver the product to a family member providing id proof, he's saying that i want the id prood of the person to whom the order is placed after his/her name. After that i calls ecom manager morena branch he is also denying so please instruct them to follow the rules they all are behaving like illiterate person make them understand to act according to the rule. Been contacting customer care number since a week.. 6 times... They only say that they'll make delivery.. Disappointed with it ecom express is such a disappointment
