With out attempting delivering the product they are updated as undeliverable. No bady as called me. This is the scand time i am facing the issue last time without delivering the product they have updated as delivered bfinaly they have returned my product and refunded without my confirmation. Plz check and do the need full an urgent basis. This time i will not leave like this..

I have bought Ezee shirts product in viral deals, order # 12355165651026 & AWB 2579064000, in this product is defective so i have returned it to viral deals.
while tracking through tracking id it is showing as delivered to security person, but in the viral deal customer support is lieing that they haven't receive the product yet. please help me out.
