Amazon costomer m call kiya tha to bolte hn. Sleep dikhao photo khinch k emai kro bolte hn... Dobara sleep nikal do bola to nhi niklega bole. Ecom office wale palidih m. To mujhe sleep chahiye. I order a product in 11th January from Paytm mall. again came to me a message Your order was delivered on 14th january. but I did not get any product. i talked on paytm care. He did a complaint ecom express. against me but no call came. again i talked ecom express. then they made a complaint. and then I got a call on 23rd January, from the ecom express office. He said that your delivery will happen. 24th january got me the product. But in the product I am having some issues. So I talked to paytm mall customer care to return or replace this product. So they said that our return or replacement policy is of 7 days. And your delivery is being shown on 14th january. Now how do I return or replace this product?

I bought a product from paytm mall to 11 january. And my AWB no. 289487154. Then I got a massage. Your order on 14th febuary has been delivered to you. but I not find any stuff. But before that on behalf of ecom Express I did not receive any call or massage.
