[Resolved]  Ecom Express — saree/ delivery was not attempted

I have ordered a saree from paytm AWB NO.is[protected]And it was to be delivered by ecom express today but the delivery was not attempted and I have got a msg that Delivery attempted but customer not available.This is absolutely false.The delivery man even didn't call . I am very disappointed with the ecom express as they update false delivery status on the website ...
