Ecom Express — shipment is awaiting to dispatch at wrong address

I had ordered a product from club factory, the have chosen this ecom service. The tracking number is - [protected]. My address was given for pen, maharashtra, pin - 402107, but their system has sent the product at pali, maharashtra, distance from my place is 42km approx. And they have declared that product needs to be redespatch. Why this type of false update has been done?
