Ecom Express — shipment pickup

I have to return the product to the zipker. They provided reverse pickup to return the product with ecom express but the agent is not coming to pick up the product from ecom expres courier service.
I called customer service several times for pickup and they are saying that it will happen within the next 24 hrs to 48 hrs but till now it did not happen.
[Jan 18, 2019] Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
