[Resolved] Ecom Express — shipping related issue | |||
I placed an order from amazon. My waybill number is[protected]. The delivery guy from ecom express was about to deliver the product on 8th feb. But when i tried to track order on ecom express it showed due to wrong address the order couldn't get delivered which is completely untrue. The shipping address is accurate and valid. When i called the delivery guy he denied me to deliver the product. Please look into the matter asap on a urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
