[Resolved] Ecom Express — status show delivered but product has not received yet | |||
I m himani from baseri (Dholpur), my awb no is[protected]. I have not received my product but the tracking status shows that the product is delivered. On oct 30th, ecom agent called me at 4pm to deliver the courier but i was unable to attend his call later at 6pm i got a message 'your item has delivered success' while i haven't recieved any product nor any call from them..
