1st of all the delivery person doesn’t follow the process nor do they care to diliver the shipment on time, they make a fake attempt and then a message is sent that the attempt was made but the item couldn’t be delivered. When you call the customer care to register a complaint the staff is very arrogant and I’ll-mannered. They have attitude “we are always right and customer is at fault” Mr. Himanshu Sharma was very rude while talking and Mr. Vinod Kumar disconnected my call while I was taking.
