Sir/mam, my order was shipped 8 days ago at delivery centre . But that delivery boy don't deliver it to me. And daily he updates fake information on ecom site that customer refused to accept the order or customer was not available. And I have complaint to ecom customer care many more times but raily they say that your will shipped to you in 24 hours. But nothing happens delivery boy updates fake information about me .this is quite intolerable many time I have complaint but no action has been taken.
