Ecom Express — wrong status updated and product not delivered | |
On 3rd september my package with awb [protected] was suppose to be delivered. The delivery boy chandan gupta didn't come to deliver it and falsely he updated the status that customer was not available. Ever since i keep on calling ecom customer care and they keep on telling me we are arranging delivery but no further attempt has been made till 9th september.in 10 september i again called them and customer service representative told me she arrange delivery but in 11th september it showing the status rto lock. Econ express is the worst courier company i haven't seen. There delivery boy falsely updated status to harass customer. Was this information helpful? | |
