Hi this is subham... I had ordered something from ecottoncountry but the order i received is totally different from the product i had ordered... There is no any customer care number through which we can contact them... Even they are not replying of the mails they had provided on their site.. I had seen many other customers also who is suffering from this problem

Sir, I purchased neckband wireless with colorfit smartwatch 1699 bugs today delivery boy delivered the product when I open the box I saw wireless neckband and charger only my order number is #4089 and I mail so many time but mail was failed every time it's showing wrong mail id I attached all the necessary documents please sir help me for that.
