Dear sir,
As per your email, as per your instruction, voice logger is compulsory. But there is no any mention in sebi's circular that you people told that what you decide, your company decide, your company collabration with voice logger's company, is compulsory we have to install.
As per your instruction, we install voice logger. But the charges you taken, is double than market price. And what we decide to install voice logger, is not allowed by you. So why we can't install our voice logger, while you take double charges for same logger.
Further you send bill to ap, is not same charges, while you install same voice logger to all ap. Why this rate of voice logger difference to all ap. Why you give bill to one ap half charges for voice logger, and to another ap double charges for same voice logger, that install by you, or contract giver by you to any company.
"how come there are two difference rates for same systems, in which i have been ask to pay rs. 11000, where as you are charging 5900 to someone else!!!"
