Edelweiss — not providing promises

I was assured for 3 year no amc and 3 month no brokerage but mr rajan from chakala branch mumbai edelweiss but as soon as he promised he vanished and not responding document submitted in june and account opened in july still the plan has not been activated need strict action against mr rajan as he promised me on behalf of the company but it was no plan existed as such as per my knowledge
