Edmc — mcd employee not cleaning the area

I live in brijpuri and have provided the address. The edmc safai karmchari here is not doing his work even after calling him out so many times. On the other hand they have started collecting garbage from each home in return of money and making money on the side because there is no availability of the mcd car. I hope edmc will take action against such employees.
