Education Loan — One time settlement for education loan

Dear sir\madam,

This is guguloth kishore s\o krishna guguloth having savings account in indian overseas bank (Naidupeta, khammam). I have an education loan (Vidyajyothi) sanctioned by i. O. B in 2011 of rupees 6, 30000\- now the total amount with interest is rupees 11, 16, 000, my financial position is very poor my security collateral for education loan is my house,
Now the loan status is in n. P. A, when i asked manager for one time settlement he denied my request and forcing me to pay the total amount at a time.
Am from tribal back ground (Scheduled tribe (St) lambadi), security property is the only property for my family and we don't have any other financial assets to pay the bank loan, with out the property my family will not survive the life successfully, so please kindly refer me to get the one time settlement option.
