My name is devadathan pk.and iam from Palakkad, kerala.sir, iam submitting this complaint because of my educational loan issue.i have joined AJK COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE, coimbatore in BSC visual communication this year.the class will start from july 15th of this month.the overall fees comes under 3 lakhs. due to some financial problems i want to approach a bank for educational loan.the loan to my ward is given from KERALA GRAMIN BANK, THACHAMPARA.when i asked they replied me that due to some fund issues they are not giving any loan from the bank.then i approached another banks for loan.they are ready to give the loan.but they said that they want a letter from the branch manager of kerala gramin bank.when i asked about the letter to the manager he is not ready to give me the letter. i approached him many times for the letter.but he shows some type of rejection to me.sir i need that cash urgently to support my studies.i have also paid the 1st semester fees because of this problem.sir please give me a solution to this urgently.
