I have only b.com enrollment no. K/0352200 and b.com i & iii year marksheet and roll no. Is (14233, 34080)

In this time i have only b.com i & iii year maksheet, and i want a degree of b.com and without ii year maksheet it is very difficult to get degree.
Please help me that firstly how to get b.com ii year (2005) marksheet.
