Education Minister, Maharashtra — for leaving certificate charges out of regulatory

I have two son,
1-prakhar Tiwari 2 nd st
2- Shikhar Tiwari 1st
Both are schooling in Shree Vidya Jyoti school Mumbra colony road diva east thane Maharashtra,

We had shifted Badlapur .
So I wrote SMS in school WhatsApp group regarding leaving certificate on 02/06/2019.
Day after I visited school & met principal madam Sunita Jadhav she said both students leaving certificate issued after paying 4700/- charges.

Please do the needful.
