Sir,
I had been teaching to school since 5 years as a english teacher for the higher classes. My complaint is about without giving any prior notice or any communication, the management has terminated me. If i see that there is not any complain from students or their parents even the result of my class and my subject was 100% very year. A i joined the school in 2014 the school was promoting me as a class teacher and recently i had been the class teacher of class 10. My request is that is there any law or rights for the private school teacher or they will suffer the same. I think we should get the job security as the private institutions are throwing away senior teachers as they have to increase the payment.
